Ford Rouge

Someone commented on my blog that they thought of Detroit as full of factories and I was always showing parks woods and gardens, so here's one of the factories, the Ford Rouge Plant. This is an archival picture for the person who asked, and you can see more from that factory by clicking factory on the labels below.

    A big city like Detroit has a lot of factories. The price if industry development, right?

    The series "Hung" on HBO is set in Detroit and the credits show Detroit landmarks. Granholm is basically paying to have movies made here with tax breaks so I see a lot more of that happening.
