Skywatch Friday
Sunset over Detroit Metrobeach, Storm over Pier Park, Power lines by St. John's Marsh. We'll be away all day until late, so I apologize for being unable to comment probably until tomorrow or later, since we're going to the State Fair tomorrow!
Hi Mary, I posted a comment earlier this week but I don't think it posted. I'll try again.
Just wanted to say great photos and great blog! And thanks for all the ideas on where to take pics! This week I've been to both Anna Scripps Whitcomb Conservatory and the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House grounds. Two places I've never been. Next it's on to Meadow Brook gardens if the rain would stop!
Hope you had fun (and good weather) for the fair. In your first picture, the sky reminds me of reflective water, especially the way the sun is back-lighting the clouds. Looks as though your weather has been unsettled.
Stop apologizing. Just keep posting beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteHave a great time! :-))
All very interesting cloudy skies . . . the clouds give the sky its character.

Oh I miss my Michigan and it's cloudy ways.

ReplyDeleteThank you all VERY much!! So sorry I didn't get back sooner, was away.
ReplyDeleteI've never been to Meadowbrook Gardens. I'm fairly new to Detroit.
