At the Belle Isle Conservatory

I love to visit the Belle Isle Conservatory. There is always a wonderful display of orchids and other flowers. It's FREE! I hope it stays open forever. It's so pretty and cheery.

Hi Mary,
I just found your blog and it's great. I was looking for images from Upton House in England and that's how I found your blog - Upton house- just the wrong country! Do you have an e-mail address? Cheers!

Hi Asta and Midwest to Midlands--I should have labeled these flowers--that first one does look and awful lot like a rose, but it's a gardenia--if you were there in person, you'd know by the smell!!!

I was going to email you from your blog, but no email there?

Such a resource for any community. We had Gardenia's in our yard for years. A little bit of heaven in every sniff.

Hi B! :-D

I am smiling, thinking of our lunch in Harbor Springs, or Good Hart, LOL!

Amazing to have gardenias in your yard, WOW!

It's not easy to find flowers so flawless and you have kept their perfection intact. I'm partial to the rose in the first image, but even the others are great.

Thanks so much VP and J!!

I didn't create the flawless flowers, nor did I fix them up in photoshop, I just happened to be at the conservatory at the right time. :-D
