Grad Kamen
We're in Syracuse, NY, 400 miles from home, but I haven't downloaded any pictures yet, so I thought I'd send this one from Grad Kamen in Slovenia. Grad means castle.
This photo really caught my eye - I love stone structures & arches. Then I saw Slovenia! Wow. I grew up in Bosnia & vacationed several times in Slovenia as a kid. I so look forward to more of your posts. "Kamen" (appropriately) means "stone".
Mary, After linking to your profile, you became my inspiration! I've been fretting about starting another blog for photos that are not of PV (I've got tons!) & after seeing how many you can handle, I figure I should be able to handle two.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Tash. I think I have posted some of my Slovenia pictures at IMAGIK and No Polar and there may be links in the sidebar to see them. (?)
ReplyDeleteThat’s a very cool wall. I was thinking when I saw the photo, “that doesn’t look like Detroit”…

Hi Kris, hi Tash! Thanks for your visit.
ReplyDeleteI definitely have TOO MANY blogs, but two would be fine. :-D
