The Scarecrow Twins (More Autumn in Detroit)

Not only has the weather gotten colder and the days shorter, but all the decorations at the Village Market have morphed as well. These Bobbsey-Twin scarecrows give autumn a cheery feel. I watched shoppers carrying away pumpkin and I took one of the winter squashes and cooked it for dinner last night--the first of the season for us.

    Very nice and funny display. We don't have the pumpkin tradition around here but wish we had cause I find them so very cool!

    Thanks so much JM and Marie! I like pumpkins and Halloween is kind of fun. I loved it as a child.
