Slips
You can tell it is truly autumn on Lake St. Clair, the slips are starting to empty out. You can tell it's not winter though, as there are still some boats and no ice and snow.
A great observation - noticing that the slips are empty. How long is the boating season?
ReplyDeleteIt's just about over. Starts Memorial Day, ends, Halloween. Except for a few diehards. THANKS!
ReplyDeleteLovely photo. Ice? Snow? Ugh, what a thought! Come vacation in sunny southern Italy! Well, actually it snows here sometimes, too...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo, so peaceful, although it does look a bit cold.... :-)
ReplyDeleteIt was a cold day, and the weather report today says snow. And I would love to go to Portugal or Southern Italy! YAY! How wonderful.
ReplyDeleteWe were in Italy two summers ago, but have never been to Portugal.
