Wild Nashua Creek

Nashua Creek and the surrounding woods are at points very wild and almost impenetrable. You would not know that you were in a large urban area--if you were wearing ear plugs. You can hear the city even when you can't see it.

  1. This is another one that almost looks like a painting...it is so beautiful.

  2. It is so beautiful, and it is pregnant with promise, just around that bend in the creek, where there's sunshine.

This is a much better image of rennaisance than anything else in the City.

    Thanks

  4. Thanks so much everyone. B--it's warmer in the city than in the surrounding areas and we have still brilliantly colored leaves on some of the trees--outside the city they are pretty much all gone.

Today, I almost stopped to photograph a trees that was brilliant scarlet, with an all yellow behind it. Both still fully leaved.

  5. Frame it and hang it, Mary. Or paint it. Goodnight, this is gorgeous!

    I love the vignetting, too!

  6. The reflection is lovely. I'm jealous that there still are leaves!

  7. Thanks Stine and VP! Stine, you must be farther North or farther "out" than Hamilton, because there are still leaves HERE NOW (but not many).
