Stoney Creek

Here in Detroit, the fall colors are at their peak, probably, but up at Stoney Creek, a Detroit area Metropark, The color is past it's prime, but still lovely. We saw sandhill cranes, swans, ducks (not
shown), dragonflies, milkweed going to seed, and lots of lovely nature.

WE VOTED TODAY! We voted early [but not often.] If you live in the USA, I hope you vote(d).

I gotta admit that this is one of the very best blogs I've ever visited yet.
Congrats! Take these words like a blossom blessing as I'm bloging around and,
if you do drop by, at least blogbang me.

Thanks so much Ankur, Marie, and Dick. I appreciate your kind comments.

It is very peaceful there, except at the beginning where the trail runs near the gun club.

Thanks, Kris.

Ankur, I use 3 cameras mainly. I used to be a Nikon girl, but now I have canon digitals, a 10D, 30D and a Powershot G7.
