Renaissance Center at Night, Entrance

Renaissance Center at night, entrance. This is considered by many to be the center of downtown Detroit. You can see the people mover structure up above.

So impressive, Mary! Great light and colors and an enticing entrance to the "center" of Detroit!

Thanks, Jacob.

I took it from a moving car on the left lane with a point 'n shoot with hubby driving and had only a tiny window of time to get it.

I've taken others on foot with a tripod during the day, but there was nowhere to park because the auto show was on. Still is.

Very pretty. Detroit could use a renaissance, so it's aptly named.

You're not afraid to go downtown at night in Detroit?

Well, this picture was taken from a moving car, and there are parts of Detroit that make me VERY nervous.

But I've walked around alone in Detroit day and night and come to no harm so far.
