Home from the Pinery

We have lots of new flowers in the short time we were away. The peonies came and went, the pink roses are open and the Clematis.

The second picture shows the part of the beach at the Pinery we AVOID like the plague.

You always have the most beautiful photos.

BTW, I will be in touch about your nephew, just running a little behind. Thanks for letting me know. I'll try to send you an e-mail by tonight if work doesn't get too crazy.

Never understood beach goers.

Mason--no rush. Thanks for your sweet comments.

B--I'm not a beach goer in the traditional sense and I hate crowded beaches, but I do enjoy an occasional walk along a deserted beach--or nearly deserted, especially if there are some nice dead fish or shells or other interesting things to see.

Screaming people though I'm not that fond of--I like my people a few at a time.

That flower looks good enough to eat! Hope you had a good time. But, why do you avoid like the plague this particular beach?

I do understand your aversion to crowds - me, too! But, compared to some beaches in Florida, this doesn't look too bad.

Well, the other beaches are wild and empty, so why fight your way through crowds?

This is Canada, remember--and the water is cold!
