Spring at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial

Sorry I've been incommunicado. I had my last painting class of the
session yesterday and then we went to Piano Boy's track meet and got
pizza for dinner and took our motorcycles to Sears etc--busy day.

The class I've been taking was meeting at the Grosse Pointe War
Memorial, which used to be someone's HOME! It's lovely there in
spring. I took a lot more pix and may post some in future days. Or
not, depending on what else I see in the meantime.

I know I am behind and will try to catch up but life seems to be
getting increasingly busy. SO sorry! :-(

Hope things are good and beautiful with you!

Wow. This is an impressive set of pictures and that flowering tree is stunning.

That huge house is a war memorial? Impressive.

It used to be a private house, but now it is public and they have banquets, classes, a radio station, etc.

It is lovely inside, too. Very fancy.
