A riot

(of color and a profusion of blossoms): More orchids at the conservatory.

The second pictures is a mini-ice palace in the gardens of the conservatory with a hose is running and creating this ice sculpture.

The orchid is so beautiful. Makes me want summer so bad. The ice sculpture is beautiful as well with the reflection in the water. Your photos are wonderful.

Posso estar enganado mas esta flor me parece ser iris germanica.
Belo registro.

It does look a little like an iris, but it is an orchid. Orchis, actually.

Love the ice sculpture - all this in the middle of Detroit?

it is a riot! I've really been enjoying this series at the conservatory. I hope there are hundreds more photos. Now the ice: that reflection is outstanding. How contradictory: ice amongst warm blooms!

Thanks, I did take more flower shots, I guess I should post more of them!!
