Local Houses with Snow and Decorations

We had about a foot of snow but it was warm today and it has already settled quite a bit.

NOTE: none of these houses are mine, but they are all in my neighborhood. The last one is our postman, delivering the mail to one of our neighbors. He is very nice and friendly.

Note also: still autumn leaves on the flowering pear in the third picture--we had a really late fall this year. Global Warming?

I love the snow, but maybe it's better not to have it on the road.

Yes, it is slippery on the road. Dangerous.

More WONDERFUL Christmassy photographs! Love all the green and red colours. It really does look like Christmas in your neighbourhood ... ours is only marked by tons of people on the beach.

Don't you think the three bears could live in that first house?

Your neighbourhood is very pretty! It looks storybook old. My neighbourhood also looks old, but in a grimy sort of way ;)

Somehow tons of people on the beach does not seem Christmasy to me--but on the other hand, I wouldn't mind, LOL!

That first house is awfully cute, isn't it, a storybook three bears sort of house for sure, and there are lots of cool houses around. Ours is sort of cute too, but not as cute as that one and in need of repairs and paint.

And now BOTH are cars need serious work! AK!
