WOW, the grass doesn't look like kids run, play and scuffle upon it!
They do--but actually, the majority of grass use is in the back and on the side.

Detroit was settled by the French and many French names are here, but people here pronounce them wrong.
Gratiot--they say grass-shit--not meaning to be rude, just they don't know better I guess.
A nearby street is Marseilles.
Grosse Pointe is on a large peninsula in Lake St. Claire.
