We stopped at an auto repair place in Whitehall to look at some old vehicles. This 1923 Studebaker is ripe for repairs and upgrades--it works fine, I saw it being driven. Biker Buddy got to drive the old tractor. Note that the factory workers who built these babies were almost all women!
Biker Buddy and I both love old vehicles and here's a little advance warning: We're planning on attending the Woodward Dream Cruise. I'll tell you more about it on upcoming days. It is Saturday August 16.

Mary,
Can you provide any contact info for the auto repair place in Whitehall? Or better yet, the owner of the 1923 Studebaker?
Kyle Hastings
Andover, MN
Hi WIlliam, I will talk to my husband--I had my car repaired there, so we theoretically have some paperwork on it. It's right on the main drag through Whitehall, maybe I could find it on google maps.
Or wait, Kyle? Not William?
I wouldn't know the name of the owner because I don't live there, I was just visiting and simply saw there while the car was being repaired.
OH, Here's the info on the car repair place:
Twin Cities Parts, Inc
615 E. Colby Street
Whitehall, Mi
231-873-3485
PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU SAW IT HERE--since your address is incomplete and the blogger link doesn't lead anywhere. "Got it" would be sufficient.
