This canal goes along the side of the park at Detroit Metrobeach and boats come and go into Lake St. Clair through here.
This is a test of posting larger pictures. It's not as clear as the original, but I think if you click on it, you can see it clearer? I think it's TOO big for its size?
Thanks so much to Jacob at Ocala Daily for all his help in my attempting to post bigger pictures. I don't think I ahve the bugs out of it yet. But I'm making progress.

Help--why is the posted picture so unclear when the original is clear?
Maybe it's the resolution setting on your camera?
NO, the picture is utterly clear! Click on the image and you'll see it clear. It came out of the camera clear. BUT the presentation is blurry. WAHN!
OH! I made one small adjustment int he html--s400-->s800 and it looks MUCH better! Thanks yet AGAIN Jacob!!!
YEAH!!!!!!!
You did it! Yes! Yes! Yes!
Looks great, huh?
Fantastic.
Woo Woo.
I was going to mention that maybe you should put a signature on your photos so that people (there are some out there) who would just take the image without crediting you.
Jacob was kind enough to send me the "formula" as well. Hope to give it a try soon.
That's great. I wish I could do that. I find the photo very clear :-))
Very nice. This reminds me of Balboa Island in So.Cal.
It's nice to be able to post larger pictures.
The original photo has to have as many pixels as the size you wish to appear in your post. (Hope that makes sense to you.)...Oh, I see Jacob helped you. ;-)
Whatever you did to this, Mary, it worked: this is tack-sharp!
Thank you all for your very kind comments. The picture WAS quite blurry when I first posted it and Jacob helped me fix it. THANK YOU JACOB!!!
I did it again today, and I think it worked. It's actually relatively easy ONCE YOU KNOW HOW, and I've almost got it and am starting to apply it to my other blogs. (That will take a while, because I have other things to do--I am in the midst of writing a new children;s novel and editing another that is nearly ready to send out,a s well as being a wife and mother to a teenage boy and yesterday I was taking care of my mother-in-law who was sick--you really wanted to know all this, right, ha ha sorry! Anyway, THANK YOU JACOB for your help and everyone for your kind comments.
I suppose I should start putting signatures on, Goda, yr prolly right. Sigh.
Why are there bad people in the world?
