The Grim Reaper at the Detroit Mall

Check out that claw. This is the way my son, GB, dresses, and all the other boy his age around here. But must the the stores make them look so GRIM?

I wonder sometimes what stores are thinking when they dress their displays. Maybe it has something to do with the Twilight series. Or maybe the person dressing the dummy was just having a bad day. :)

Today it seems a bit humorous, but that day, a couple days ago when I took it, I was almost frightened by it.

Been there, done that... my son is not different.

My younger son is different now because he is older :-))) But when he was GB's age, he used to wear bizarre clothes too.

Yikes! It's amazing that if kids wore those clothes 30-40 years ago they would have been laughed out of town!

I don't get it.

He's off this week from school and sleeping until 3:30 in the afternoon. His life must be as dark as this guy's clothes!
