A Postcard from Hamilton: The Botanical Gardens

1)Lunch at the Botanical Gardens was an epicurean treat, 2)The newly
discovered, thought-to-be-extinct Wollemi Pine was fascinating to see
and learn about, 3)There were orchids and unusual tropical plants or
all kinds such as this bird of Paradise, 4)there was an art
installtion called CROPS which turned out to be aluminum foil corn.

What a good post. Who is the gentleman in the pictures? The first three pictures are wonderful. The first of all is a prizewinner. I'd have liked a lower POV in the last one.

I have something from the Missouri Botanical Garden going up in the morning.

Thanks so much Strangetastes (Bob) for you kind comments and suggestions. You too, Tara and North Bay! :-D YAY!

The gentleman in the pictures is Biker Buddy, my husband. :-D

We were celebrating 5 years since we officially began our courtship.
