Manoogian Visual Resouce Center

Last time I cisted this place, I could not get in, but this time, I
did go in, and there was a lovely student gallery and library. The
worlk displayed in the gallery was excellent and professional, for the
most part, and very interesting. I was not allwed to take any
pictures, though, inside.

This is located in Detroit's "Cultural Center," near the art and
science museum and the Scarab Club etc.

It's amazes me how much I learn from your blog, that I didn't know I didn't know before :-) Great pics!

I really like that second sculpture! Remember that building you couldn't get into ;)

Yeah, I think this was it. Wasn't it? It was nice inside, too bad they wouldn't let me take pictures.

It looks like a nice mix of images.

That was it, and its red steel curly top ... those that live nearby will just have to visit inside to see :)

It was worth a visit, very interesting work, painting, drawing sculpture, and an area of advertising art that was pretty cool, as well as design--cars and other things.
