Our yard, Indian Summer

We're having a late Indian Summer. After a killing frost (a freeze, really), it's 70 degrees and sunny. All these pix were taken in our yard (the first in the bird bath). Silver maple floating on the bird bath, with reflection, burning bush, flowering dogwood, false Solomon's seal.

Beautiful photos. I know what you mean about Indian Summer. Yesterday our high was 75 and today it is 43. Ridiculous weather changes!

I just don't seem to tire of the gorgeous leaves we are finally getting. I took more photos today!! Yours is especially lovely. The composition is spot on.

Thanks so much! Of course, I pointed my camera at the best parts of the yard--our yard is VERY tiny, much smaller than the last place I lived.
