The View from Boblo Boat of Detroit

1)The Tri-Centennial Lighthouse and Detroit Skyline from the Ste. Clair. (See previous post)
2)The possessions of the Unpossesed, one of the street people who live in the Global Trading Company across from the Boblo Boat. Cars had to Dodge to avoid him.

This post is for Tuesday, October 2nd.

What a beautiful scene of Detroit from the ship and then the stark contrast with the homeless person's entire worldly belongings in a shopping cart!

Very interesting post and thought provoking!

This is a great post. The good and the bad, the beautiful and the ugly.

Thanks so much North Bay and Fenix!!

I am glad you appreciate the contrasts! :-D

:-(

I was really moved by it.

The lighthouse looks a little out of place there.

Could be--strange spot for a lighthouse.

Also there is foreshortening from the long lens which makes everything look a little more crunched together than they are.
