Everywhere in Detroit, trees are pink, but not for long! The magnolias are glorious, but short lived and already shedding petals like leaves in autumn!
A City Photoblog about the city of Detroit. All photos, art and writing by Mary Stebbins Taitt unless otherwise noted.

Hi Mary,
How beautiful is the Detroit' sky!
Beautiful photos! There are such colors here in the southwest corner of Michigan, Mary. But, the high winds have scattered petals everywhere. Almost like it is snowing again. Oh no, did I say the dreaded word?!
Beautiful shots, Mary!
Thanks so much! :-D YAY!
AK! Please no snow!
What a nice contrast to the s**w of only a few weeks ago!
Such beautiful photos. Love the different shapes of pink. Just awesome.
Oh, ~Louis~, you do impress me! Only you could reveal that snow is truly a four-letter word that should be added to George Carlin's list of forbidden on TV words: s**w!
I love all the magnolias and Your photos take all the beauty
and return it full and beautiful!!!
