I see robins at Sarah's house east of here, I see them north of here, but I never see them here in the winter. I would love to know the reason they are not here.
We're having a "blizzard" today and a poor robin was our in our dogwood looking pretty forlorn--I accidentally scared him off throwing a shovelful of snow in his direction.

Thoughts in Progress
That little guy is a little confused. He shouldn't be out and about in those parts until spring. Pretty capture amongst the crushed berries.
Thank you, thank you!!! :-D
Wooooooooow, this looks so good, super shot.
Thanks so much, Dick! :-D

Joli! Maybe that is why they are the same color...
Rose, maybe there is not enough of what they need to survive in the winter--berries, crabapples etc???
Funny, Marie! :-D
A beautiful, but poignant photo. I thought these little cuties would be far south by this time!
Thanks for visiting Colorado in Color, Mary!
Best wishes to you and yours!
Thanks, Jacob!!
