It was our first ever visit to the Ford Estate; none of us had been
beore. And there was a LOT to see. Of course, there was the garage,
with model Ts, model As and other vehicles.

Don't much care for Mr. Ford...but the his place in history is very interesting to look at.
You know, of course, you've added one more thing to my "bucket list."
I wonder why Jacob wrote what he wrote. Was Mr. Ford a monster ? :-)))
I'd like to visit his place and know more about that part of history (the "rise" of the car).
Marie the bicyclist.
Marie - Yes, in some ways. He was a Nazi sympathizer and a friend of Hitler!
Some of my African American friends don't like him because of the controlling way he treated his black employees.
Thanks for your visits, Marie and Jacob, and your thoughtful comments.
Thank you, Jacob. I really did not know about that. I knew about Lindbergh....
