The Red Footbridge over Nashua Creek on Belle Isle

Here it is again. Different, so different, with every season! This is a favorite spot to begin a Belle Isle hike.

I'd love to wander in those woods, by myself, as I did in 2008 in the Devil's Den, near Westport.

(personally I would not recommend the books :-)))

A trail that begins with a bridge. That is quite the welcome!

Thanks, Marie, and thanks for the hint (rec).

Stine, the trail begins with this bridge and there are two others, one in the "middle) and one at the far end.

It's beautiful but looks very cold and icy!

I like this a lot for it appeals to the beaut in everyday life thing that I'll always searching for.
All my very best,

Thanks so much Jacob, SImone and Kris. It was cold and icy, and I always think it's pretty!
