4 pictures from the Detroit Zoo (Tiger, Gorilla)

We spent the day at the Zoo with adult children and grandchildren, had a great time, too about a 100 pix, literally, LOL!

(see a baboon picture from yesterday and read about the weather,)

I backposted a backyard journal entry to the 20th, which was the day I drew it and a peony on June 8, the day I drew it.

Thanks for your visit to my blog this morning. I hope you enjoyed my post today. And I wanted you to know I was here. Kind of like "Kilroy" was here...remember those drawings everyone used to make?

I enjoyed reading your blog post for today and I thought the photography was good too. I just wish it was possible for "us" to go out into our local wild areas and find magnificent wildlife to take pictures of like you did at the zoo. These are very nice photos.

I agree with you, mostly! THANKS!

I used to live in the country and I hate living in the city. I'm not crazy about Zoos, but they are, in some cases, doing important work.

Boy, though, I would NOT have wanted to encounter that Tiger int he wild. He kept roaring and was pretty scary.

I do hope you feel better!
